Not Your Average Marketer—Full-Funnel, Fearless, and Built for Impact.

About Me

It all started in sales. Before I ever got into marketing, I was selling everything from real estate to cars and electronics. Eventually, I landed a role selling marketing packages to businesses across California at a company called E-Marketing Solutions.
That’s where things changed. I was on the phone every day pitching services like SEO, PPC, website development, and social media—even though, at the time, I didn’t fully understand how those services actually worked. We used tools like SpyFu to identify competitors and position offers, but most of my knowledge was surface-level. Still, I became the top sales rep for three months in a row.
The CEO took notice and asked what I was doing differently. I told him the truth: I was spending my own time learning how SEO, PPC, and web development really worked. During lunch breaks, I sat with the PPC team, asked questions, built relationships, and learned everything I could about campaign structure, keywords, ad performance, and optimization. I explained that I could translate the technical side into real value for the customer—which helped me close more deals. I wasn’t just selling a service; I was connecting the dots and building trust.
Impressed, he offered me a position in the PPC department as a campaign manager. I accepted, but with one request. I said, “Instead of just making me a PPC agent, let me be a hybrid.” He looked puzzled, so I explained.
“At the moment, sales is losing 20–30% of potential PPC clients because reps don’t fully understand how PPC works. They can’t confidently explain the benefits or answer questions—and keep in mind, this was before e-commerce really exploded. What if your PPC team could both manage accounts and help close new deals? We wouldn’t just fulfill campaigns—we’d drive more of them.”
That idea sparked something. I was given the opportunity to help redefine how sales and operations worked together. That moment was my transition point—from sales into digital marketing.
Soon after, I introduced the same approach to the SEO and web development teams. I created systems that aligned marketing delivery with sales conversations, and in doing so, helped the company deliver a better client experience overall.
Today, I’m a Marketing Director, but I’ll never forget that chapter of my journey. That experience taught me the foundation of what I believe to be true: sales and marketing are deeply connected. You can’t fully learn either from a textbook or a YouTube video. Those tools help—but real learning comes from getting involved, taking risks, asking questions, and finding ways to bring value beyond what’s expected.
I’ve been fortunate to work with some incredible people and companies throughout my career. And everything I know about marketing today started with simply being curious, building relationships, and being willing to learn more than what my job description asked of me.

Case Study 1

Google Ads Management — Cut CPL by 38% & Scaled Pipeline

When I took over this account, the company’s Google Ads performance was falling short: cost-per-lead (CPL) was too high, lead quality was inconsistent, and leadership lacked confidence to scale paid search spend.

I led a full-funnel turnaround that transformed paid search into one of the company’s most reliable growth channels:

Strategy:

Restructured the account into themed campaigns by funnel stage and service type. Introduced conversion-optimized landing pages and leveraged first-party data for remarketing.

Results

    • Reduced average CPL by 38%, unlocking budget for sustainable scaling.

    • Increased conversion rates by 24% through stronger ad creative, sharper audience targeting, and conversion-optimized landing pages.

    • Delivered a 300% ROI on paid search within 90 days, with clear attribution from click to closed deal.

    • Drove a 15% increase in overall sales pipeline directly attributed to paid search efforts.

This project proved how rigorous campaign structure, better creative testing, and tighter tracking can turn an underperforming channel into a major revenue driver — even in a competitive market.

SEO Campaign - Boosting Organic Lead Quality by 45%

The company relied heavily on paid acquisition and struggled to attract qualified inbound leads via organic search. Competitors were outranking them for high-intent keywords related to online payment processing and merchant services.

Strategy:

Conducted a full technical and content SEO audit and developed a roadmap targeting high-converting keywords in the fintech and payments space (e.g., "PCI-compliant payment gateway," "how to accept online payments," "merchant account vs. payment gateway").

Execution:

  • Implemented a topic cluster strategy around key product pillars: secure checkout, recurring billing, integrations, and fraud prevention
  • Optimized page speed, core web vitals, schema markup, and internal linking
  • Tools used: Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Surfer SEO

Results

  • 60% increase in organic traffic within 6 months

  • 45% boost in qualified organic leads (as measured by demo requests tagged in HubSpot)

  • 34% increase in traffic to high-intent blog posts and solution pages

HubSpot Automation – Improving Lead Nurture Conversions by 52%

Leads were entering the CRM but stalling mid-funnel due to lack of structured nurture paths and unclear segmentation logic.

Strategy:

Redesigned the lead lifecycle stages and implemented multi-track email nurture sequences tailored by persona and funnel stage. Introduced behavior-based triggers and scoring logic.

Execution:

  • Built dynamic workflows and lead scoring models in HubSpot

  • Segmented database based on persona, industry, and engagement

  • Created email templates with personalized subject lines and body content

  • Used HubSpot analytics, Litmus for testing

Results

  • 52% improvement in MQL→SQL conversion rate
